Privacy Policy

ViralMotion is made by Astronware. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and what you control. We keep it short because we collect little.

What stays on your iPhone

Your chats, projects, generated animation code, attached photos and rendered videos are stored only on your device. We do not sync them to our servers.

What we process to create your videos

• When you send a message, the conversation of that project (including any photos or files you attach) is sent through our server to Anthropic, which provides the AI model, to generate a reply. We do not store the text of your messages on our servers. Images and PDFs you attach, and preview frames of your videos, are kept in Anthropic's file storage so the conversation can refer to them, and are deleted when you delete your account.
• Anthropic processes this content under its commercial terms and does not use it to train its models.

Account and purchases

• You sign in with Apple. We receive a user identifier and, if you choose to share it, your email address, through Firebase Authentication (Google).
• We keep your plan, remaining credits and a usage log (model, token counts and cost of each request) to run your subscription and prevent abuse.
• Subscriptions are processed by Apple. RevenueCat helps us verify them. We never see your payment details.

Your choices

• Delete a project in the app to remove it from your device.
• Delete your account from the profile screen. This permanently removes your account, plan and usage data from our servers. Active subscriptions must be cancelled in your Apple ID settings. We keep only a one-way hash of your Apple identifier so the free trial credits are granted once per person.

Children

ViralMotion is not directed to children under 13.
