These terms apply to the ViralMotion app made by Astronware. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
Subscriptions and credits
- Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Each plan includes a monthly amount of credits. Every message to the AI uses credits depending on its length and the model you choose. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
- New accounts receive a small one-time amount of free credits to try the app.
Your content
- You own the videos you create and the material you upload. You are responsible for having the rights to it.
- Do not use ViralMotion to create content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, impersonates real people deceptively, or is sexual, hateful or violent.
- AI output can be wrong or imperfect. Review your videos before publishing them.
Fair use
We may limit or suspend accounts that abuse the service, for example by automating requests or trying to get around usage limits.
Liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Astronware is not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
